Our 39th “Award of Honor” Gala is approaching, and we need your help!

The Japan Society is currently seeking volunteers for our upcoming Gala on October 24, 2025!

Please help us honor these individuals by assisting with setup/cleanup, payments, ushering, and the live and silent auctions. You will get to meet high profile people from the Bay Area and abroad, make friends with other volunteers, hear exciting speeches from our honorees and other influential individuals, witness the elegant décor of the Hotel Nikko, and enjoy a gourmet dinner at this evening event.

We need your support to make the night a success! Kindly let us know your availability between 2:00 and 10:00 PM on October 24th, the day of the Gala. (You don’t have to be available for the entire time to help out. Feel free to jump in whenever is best for you!) Please contact admin@usajapan.org if you are interested or have any questions.
